OTHERS - PROPOSED RENEWAL OF SHARE BUY-BACK AUTHORITY

The Board of Directors of Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad wishes to inform that the Company is proposing to undertake the Proposed Renewal of Authorisation for the Company to Purchase Its Own Shares of up to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Number of Issued Shares of the Company ("Proposal Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority").

 

The proposal for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back will be tabled for the shareholders' consideration at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The Share Buy-Back Statement will be issued in due course.
