OTHERS Acquisition 49% equity of the remaining capital of Craft Master Timber Products Sdn Bhd

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad ("EFB") wishes to announce that the Company has on 2 March 2017 acquired Eleven Million Five Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Five Hundred (11,539,500) Ordinary Shares representing 49% of the remaining paid-up capital of Craft Master Timber Products Sdn Bhd ("CMTPSB") from Millenium Forest Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 964230-H) of Room 1A, 15th Floor, KOMTAR, 80000 Johor Bahru at a consideration of a lump sum of Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred and Eighty Thousand (RM380,000) only. ("Acquisition")
