Reference is made to Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad ("EFB") previous announcement dated 18 September 2012 pertaining to the Compromise Agreement executed by EFB and other existing shareholders of Dynea Krabi Co., Ltd before The Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court in Bangkok, Thailand. The Board of Directors of EFB would like to further announce the completion of the Compromise Agreement and therefore Dynea Krabi Co., Ltd. will no longer be an associate company of EFB effective October 1st 2012.
