Reference is made to Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad ("EFB") previous announcement dated 3 July 2012 pertaining to the Material Litigation first announced on 28 March 2012. Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad would like to announce that the Company has been advised by their Thai Counsel that the Thai Court has extended the pre-trial hearing date to 18 September 2012.
