The Board of Directors of EFB is pleased to announce that the Company had on 25 April 2011 incorporated a company known as Evergreen Agro Sdn Bhd (Company No. 942013-D) ("EASB") in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 as private limited company. EFB has 50% direct interest in the capital of EASB. (hereinafter referred to as "Incorporation")
