~ PROPOSED SHARE BUY-BACK AUTHORITY OF UP TO 10% OF THE ISSUED AND PAID-UP SHARE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY ("Proposed Share Buy-Back Authority")

The Board of Directors of EFB wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following proposals at its forthcoming Twentieth Annual General Meeting which is scheduled to be held on Monday, 23 May 2011: -

  1. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate; and
  2. Proposed Share Buy-Back Authority.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A Circular containing the information on the Proposals will be issued to the Shareholders of the Company in due course.
