We refer to the previous announcement dated 22 August 2007 in respect of the acquisition of a subsidiary, Evergreen Adhesive & Chemicals Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Evergreen Adhesive Sdn. Bhd.) (hereinafter known as "EACSB"), none of the persons connected to the Directors and Major Shareholders of EFB has any interest, direct or indirect, in the acquisition.
The acquisition of EACSB has completed on 23 August 2007.
