Contents	:	On behalf of the Board of Directors of Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad ("EFB" or "the Company"), we wish to announce that the Company had on 23rd June 2008 acquired 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each representing 100% of the paid-up capital of Evergreen Fibreboard (Nilai) Sdn Bhd ("EFNSB") at a cash consideration of RM2.00 from Tan Yee Seong (NRIC No. 670326-01-5337) and Chua Ee Leng (NRIC No. 750903-01-6496).
