OTHERS Change in Sustainability Committee - Madam Nirmala A/P Doraisamy

The Board of Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad ("EFB") hereby inform that Madam Nirmala A/P Doraisamy have resigned as Independent Non-Executive Director of EFB is effect from 2 October 2023 and therefore she ceases as member of the Sustainability Management Committee ("SC") is effect from 2 October 2023. The composition of SC after the change is as follows:-
