The Board of Directors of  Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek for approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of Authorisation for the Company to purchase its own shares of up to ten percent (10%) of the total number of issued shares of the Company ("Proposed Share Buyback") at the forthcoming Thrity-Second Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company. The Share Buy-back Statement will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
