OTHERS - PROPOSED RENEWAL OF SHARE BUY-BACK AUTHORITY

The Board of Directors of  Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek for approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of Authorisation for the Company to purchase its own shares up to 10% of the total number of issued shares ("Proposed Renewal Share Buyback") at the forthcoming 31st Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company.

 

The Proposed Renewal Share Buyback will be tabled for the shareholders' consideration at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The Share Buy-back Statement will be issued in due course.
