Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad would like to announce that the Company has been advised by their Thai Counsel that the court has fixed a pre- trial hearing date on 6 August 2012 to decide on the issue of Court Jurisdiction, determine the issue in dispute, assign the burden of proof and schedule the hearing date for the witness presentation if necessary. The Thai Court has also ordered the Plaintiffs to clarify its allegations on the breach of technology as there were no particulars as to the technology breached in their claim
