the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa
Securities") with the following additional information for public release:-
1. Further detailed elaboration / justification to arrive at the purchase
consideration after taking into consideration the rights given by Jabatan
Perhutanan Negeri Johor to extract and replant timber latex clones on the said
Land.
2. Percentage breakdown of the mature and immature trees on the said Land
respectively.
3. The status of the remaining areas of the said Land other than the 700
hectares which have been logged and 1000 acres which have been replanted.
4. The estimated additional financial commitment required in carrying out the
replanting activities.
