The Board of Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad wishes to announce that the Seventeenth Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Sofitel Palm Resort, Pendeta 2, Main Convention Centre, Jalan Persiaran Golf, Off Jalan Jumbo, 81250 Senai, Johor Darul Takzim, Malaysia on Friday, 23 May 2008 at 9.00 a.m. and a Final Dividend of 4.5 sen (tax-exampt) in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2007 has been recommended. If approved, the dividend will be paid on 22 August 2008 to Depositors registered in the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 30 July 2008.
