OTHERS Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad ("EFB" or "Company") Postponement of Thirtieth Annual General Meeting ("30th AGM")

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 24 May 2021 in relation to the Notice of 30th AGM of the Company.

 

The Board of Directors ("Board") of the Company wishes to announce that following the announcement made by the Malaysia Government on 28 May 2021 in relation to the imposition of a nationwide Full Movement Control Order 3.0 ("FMCO 3.0") with effect from 1 June 2021 and is further extended to 28 June 2021 or any other date furter announced by Malaysia Government from time to time in view of outbreak of COVID-19, the 30th AGM of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Friday, 25 June 2021 at 9:00 a.m. will be postponed to a later date to be determined in due course.

 

The Board will continue to monitor the evolving situation of COVID-19 in Malaysia before fixing the new AGM date as the safety of our shareholders, advisers and staff who will be attending the forthcoming 30th AGM is of paramount importance to the Company.

 

The Board extends its sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by this postponement.
