OTHERS Change in Sustainability Committee - MISS HONG KIM HEONG

The Board of Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad ("EFB") hereby inform that Ms Hong Kim Heong has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of EFB with effect from 2 January 2024 and therefore she is appointed as member of the Sustainability Management Committee ("SC") with effect from 2 January 2024. The composition of SC after the change is as follows:-
