The Board of Directors of Evergreen Fiberboard Berhad (hereinafter referred to as "EFB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the abovementioned Proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 30 June 2009.

Announcement Details :

We refer to the announcement made on 12 May 2009 in relation to the Company's intention to seek shareholders' approval for the abovementioned Proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday, 22 June 2009.


The Board would like to announce that the forthcoming Annual General Meeting shall be held on Tuesday, 30 June 2009 instead of Monday, 22 June 2009.
