Our modern facilities are complemented by an advanced Information Technology system that integrates the Evergreen production and distribution process, providing the capability and flexibility to satisfy the changing demands of our diverse customers.

The MDF Line 1 uses the Pallmann Refiner & Bison Mende Press System while the MDF Line 2 uses the Andritz Refiner & Dieffenbacher CPS Press System with annual production capacity of over 240,000 m3 and MDF thickness range of 2.5 mm to 18 mm.

In Evergreen (JB), the MDF Line 1 uses Pallmann Refiner & Bison Mende Press System which the MDF Line 2 uses Sunds Refiner & Kusters Press System with annual production capacity of over 100,000 m3 and MDF thickness range of 2.5 - 6.0 mm made out of Tropical Wood species.

The MDF line 1&2 in Thailand uses the Andritz Refiner & Siempelkamp Control Press System with annual production capacity over 320,000 m3 and MDF thickness range of 3mm - 25mm.

Our Particleboard line uses Bison/Dieffenbacher System with annual capacity of 120,000 m3 with thickness range of 9 mm – 30 mm.

Advanced Japanese equipment like Kikukawa and Kitagawa are used in our Furniture & Veneer lines. European machineries like Bessie Morbidelli & IDM are added to compliment our downstream processes while the Melamine and Print Lines employ advanced Wernhoner & Burkle technology.
